We strongly recommend that you make an appointment. If we have an opening or cancellation, we would be happy to fit you in, but most days we are fully booked in advance.

We charge $60 per hour for grooming services. The total cost will vary and depends on on size, breed (type of coat), condition of coat, current length of coat, and desired cut and service.

For the safety of our staff, customers and other customer’s pets, we require current rabies vaccinations for all pets. As we welcome customers bringing their pets to visit our store and we may have other pets temporarily in our care, you may want to consider the Bordetella vaccine.

Yes, we offer nail trimming service and it is included upon request with full grooming service.

Every service is unique and we can give you an estimated time when booking. We will also provide you an estimated time when you bring in your pet.

Yes, we put your pet in a kennel upon drop off and then again upon completion. Water will be provide and there is always someone present to supervise any kenneled pets. We strive to maintain the grooming schedule and the amount of time your pet may spend kenneled should be minimal as long as you are present at the pick up time. If you prefer not to have your pet kenneled, you are welcome to wait with your pet until we get started and you can either wait in the store during grooming or arrive well before the scheduled completion time.

Yes, our grooming area is viewable through a window from the store area. For the safety of the groomers and pets, we do not allow customers in the grooming room.
